Harvesting Equipment

Combines

John Deere combines have many things in common, but each combine was designed for specific needs.

Platforms

These Auger & Draper Platforms give you unmatched flexibility to run faster and cut cleaner over uneven ground.

Corn Heads

Our corn heads are robust enough to cut the toughest, thickest crop with ease to help ensure every kernel makes it inside the combine.

Campbell Tractor carries John Deere combines and harvesting equipment for sale across southwest Idaho and eastern Oregon. Whether you're running potatoes, onions, sugar beets, wheat, or corn in Magic Valley, the Snake River Plain, or along the Oregon border, we have the right machine to keep your harvest moving. Browse our combine and harvesting equipment inventory or stop by any of our six locations to talk through your options.

The S7 Series is John Deere's most advanced mid-range combine, built from the ground up with the same cab as the flagship X9 and loaded with smart automation to help you harvest more acres with less stress. If you're running a grain, potato, or row crop operation across southwest Idaho or eastern Oregon and need a combine that can handle long harvest days without slowing you down, the S7 is worth a close look.

The S7 lineup covers four models ranging from 382 to 617 max horsepower, giving you the right fit whether you're handling a few hundred acres or pushing into larger-scale grain harvest. Here is a breakdown of current S7 models:

Every S7 comes with the PowerCast residue management system, which distributes crop residue up to 45 feet wide while conserving up to 15 horsepower. The enhanced grain loss monitoring system includes twice the sensors on the cleaning shoe compared to previous models, so you get more accurate loss data in real time. The S7 also shares the industry-leading cab from the X9, complete with an integrated G5 CommandCenter Display and improved visibility to keep you comfortable and informed through a full day in the field.

If your operation runs a high-acre grain harvest and you need a combine that can keep pace, the X9 is John Deere's answer. Built with dual rotors, the X9 delivers 45% more threshing area and 80% more separating area than the previous top model, giving you the capacity to push through heavy-yielding crops without backing off. In wheat, the X9 1100 can harvest up to 30 acres an hour.

The X9 comes in two configurations, both powered by the John Deere JD14 13.6L engine. Here are the key specs:

An optional 550-bushel grain tank is available on both X9 models for operations making long runs or opening fields where unload stops need to be kept to a minimum. The 35-foot power folding unloading auger gives you more clearance between larger heads and your grain cart, making on-the-go unloading more comfortable and efficient.

For potato, onion, and sugar beet operations in Magic Valley and the Snake River Plain, harvest timing is everything. The right combine depends on your acreage, your crop mix, and how much ground you need to cover in a day.

The S7 is a strong fit for mid-size to large grain operations across southwest Idaho and eastern Oregon. If you're primarily running wheat, corn, or beans and need a reliable, well-equipped combine with strong automation features, the S7 delivers. The four-model range gives you room to match horsepower and grain tank size to your specific operation without paying for more machine than you need.

The X9 is built for operations where harvest capacity is the limiting factor. If you're farming thousands of acres of high-yielding grain and downtime during peak harvest is a serious cost, the X9's dual-rotor design and automation technology are built to close that gap. Our team can walk you through both series side by side to help you find the right fit for your acreage and budget.

Both the S7 and X9 series are built to work with John Deere's precision agriculture platform, giving you more data and less manual adjustment through every pass. Key features available across both series:

G5 Advanced Package - Bundles five automation technologies in a single renewable license so you're not paying for tools you don't need yet. Includes AutoPath guidance, AutoTrac Turn Automation, Machine Sync, In-Field Data Sharing, and Combine Auto Unload.

Predictive Ground Speed Automation - Uses forward-mounted cameras and pre-harvest satellite imagery to adjust combine speed before entering changing crop areas. Available in the Ultimate Technology Package; can increase productivity by up to 20% on the X9.

Harvest Settings Automation - Lets you set target outcomes for grain loss, foreign material, and broken grain. Once set, the combine adjusts rotor speed, fan speed, and sieve clearances automatically to hit those targets. Included in Premium and Ultimate packages on both series.

JDLink Connected Service - Comes standard on both series. Once activated, our Campbell Tractor service team can remotely monitor your machine, identify potential issues early, and arrive on-site with the right parts and tools before a small problem becomes downtime.
